ICA’s Privacy Technical Assessment service provides a quick assessment of an organisation’s technical infrastructure for its
readiness to support the new privacy requirements. The assessment reviews:
• Personal information capture points including web sites, call centres and branch offices
• Information Storage locations including file servers, application servers, desktops and notebooks
• Information transfer mechanisms including the internal network and remote access methods
Potential solutions to the issues identified are proposed as part of the assessment. Where multiple issues are identified the
relative priorities for their resolution are also identified.
Timing
The Privacy Technical Assessment project is completed in 1-2 weeks depending on the complexity of the environment and the amount of
existing information that is available.
