design and implement the most efficient system for their needs. Our services include:
Payment System Selection
ICA works with a customer to review the requirements for electronic payments including the nature of the payments – individual,
business etc. These requirements are documented and agreed through a requirements document. ICA then reviews and presents the
available payment services in Australia. If necessary a tender document is produced to obtain a firm price for the services.
Payment System Design
The design of a payment service involves defining how an organisation’s business applications and delivery channels (e.g. internet,
counter and telephone) interface with the payment system. These interfaces are critical to ensure that sensitive information is
not compromised and that sufficient controls are in place to detect any potential errors or breaches.
Payment System Implementation
ICA assists with the project management and implementation of the payment system. ICA can provide a range of services from advisory
to project management to turnkey implementation of the system.
