ICA provides messaging benchmarking services in conjunction with Osterman Research, a leader in the provision of best practice data
on messaging systems worldwide.
We conduct an on-site review of an organisation’s infrastructure, service levels and processes associated with delivery of electronic
messaging systems. A report containing the findings of this review is produced.
ICA and Osterman then produce a model of the organisation’s costs of delivery of the e-mail system. The costs associated with
downtime are also modelled. This modelling work requires close working with the organisation to confirm assumptions and inputs
to the model.
ICA and Osterman produce a report containing recommendations for improvements to the messaging service based on the on-site
analysis and the results from the cost model. If necessary additional information is obtained from similar organisations for
comparison purposes.
