Directory Architecture
ICA can develop an integrated directory architecture for an organisation. In these projects we review the existing applications,
infrastructure and user provisioning processes within an organisation to define the way that directories and associated products
can be used. We analyse the capabilities of applications and infrastructure to determine what can be practically implemented and
then define a phased approach for implementation.
Directory Design and Pilot
ICA completes the detailed design for a directory implementation and conducts a pilot to demonstrate how the system will operate.
The detailed design includes the schema, directory information tree, physical directory topology, replication design and security
design. A pilot of the directory usually involves implementation of the directory, synchronisation with an external data source
and the user provisioning process.

ICA provides assistance with the implementation of directories, synchronisation tools such as meta directories and user provisioning tools.
